Shipping & Returns Policy

I do hope you will be completely happy with your purchase. Here are my terms and conditions just so everything is clear from the start.

Payment

Making a purchase and paying is quick and easy through PayPal. You can pay on your credit or debit card directly through PayPal. This is secure and quick.

Any purchases will have a 48 hour payment window. If payment for the item is not received within two days your order will be cancelled and the item(s) will be re-listed, unless other arrangements have been made.

Shipping

All the lamps, shades and other items I sell are in stock.

Shipping is in 3 to 5 days following payment confirmation. I allow 3 to 5 days for delivery as I may be running workshops or other activities that take me away from home.

Your purchase will be shipped to your address (as entered on my site). After processing your order you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Shipping will generally be managed by Royal Mail Parcelforce Worldwide 48 hour express. This is trackable and I can notify you of approximate delivery times.

Items will always be securely parcelled and shipped with confidence from my end. I try to use recycled packaging wherever possible.

Please let me know straight away in the unlikely event of any damage.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope that you will love your purchase from me but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied please contact me and I will try to assist you in any way I can.

I will be happy to offer any refunds or exchanges (excluding postage) on items that you may not be happy with. You have 14 days after the receipt of your item to cancel. To receive a refund please first contact me to let me know you are returning the item and return the item to me in the condition it arrived in and in its original packaging.

You are responsible for return postage. I advise that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office when sending the item back to me. This is free to do at the post office.

Additional Policies

Customer satisfaction means a great deal to me. I would suggest you ask for fabric samples from me before purchase of the lamps if an exact colour match is important. If you have any questions about any of my items please ask me before purchasing. I answer all inquires as fully as I can and will try to provide any information requested.

I would gladly receive any suggestions for bespoke orders, so please don’t hesitate to contact me to discuss ideas.
